Rmking8 Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between rmking8 ("Company", "we", "platform") and you as a user ("Member", "you") in connection with your use of rmking8.click and all services provided therein.

Rmking8 is an online entertainment platform providing casino games, Sports Betting, and other interactive entertainment to eligible members in Malaysia. All activities on this platform are subject to the terms set out in this document.

This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the registration process on rmking8. By clicking "Register" or "I Agree", you confirm that you have read and understood all of these terms, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Guidelines which forms part of this Agreement.

2Member Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirements

Registration and use of the rmking8 platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age and above only. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. rmking8 conducts age verification as part of the registration process and reserves the right to request supporting documents such as an identification card or passport to confirm a member's age.

If rmking8 determines that a member has registered using false age information, the account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable laws.

2.2 Nationality & Location

The rmking8 platform is designed exclusively for users in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services does not violate any laws or regulations in your location. Members accessing the platform from outside Malaysia do so at their own risk.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) rmking8 account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms. rmking8 uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts. All confirmed duplicate accounts will be closed and account balances may be forfeited.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, Malaysian phone number, and active email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Rmking8 reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) from members at any time prior to processing withdrawals or upon detection of suspicious activity. Documents that may be required include:

• A valid copy of your MyKad or Malaysian passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
• Screenshot or statement of the payment method used for the deposit

Failure to submit KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawals being frozen until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. rmking8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their account. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your rmking8 account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Rmking8 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• If a match is postponed for more than 48 hours, bets will generally be voided and stakes refunded.

In-play betting allows members to place bets while an event is in progress. Odds for in-play bets change in real time, and it is the member's responsibility to ensure the accepted odds are as intended before confirming a bet. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their rmking8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any unused funds remaining in the account will be returned to the member after deducting any bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements.

Rmking8 reserves the right to close or freeze any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term set out in this document
• Fraud, hacking attempts, or criminal activity
• Multiple account ownership

• Identity fraud or providing false information
• Actions that compromise the security or integrity of the platform

10Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and storage of rmking8 members' personal data are governed by Privacy Policy us, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering, you agree that rmking8 may process your personal data in accordance with the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.

Rmking8 protects all member data using bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We comply with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia.

11Liability Limit

Rmking8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Platform disruption or unavailability due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
• Gaming losses, which are an inherent risk of gambling accepted by the member
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to a member's failure to maintain proper account security
• Decisions made based on inaccurate or outdated information from external sources

Rmking8's maximum liability to any member in any circumstance not involving fraud is limited to the total deposits made within the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Terms Amendment & Dispute Resolution

3. If still unresolved, through official arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction

12.3 Governing Law

This agreement is interpreted and governed by applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly is subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate authority.
